AIA East Gateway project is the first premium office (Grade A office) on Bangna – Trat Road. Its design follows WELL Building standards at Gold level and received an award by the Property Guru Thailand Property Awards 2020. This building provides a full range of facilities.

AIR
- 30% higher outdoor air rate to remove stale air and reduce “age of air” within space
- MERV 14 air filtration to filter particulate matters (PM2.5, PM10), pollen, dust, mold, spores, dust mites and other air pollutants
- VOC reduction from using low emitting material (paints and coatings, adhesives and sealants, flooring, insulation, furniture and finishings)
Water
- Drinking water dispensers are provided on each floor with high-efficiency filtration system
- Lead-free drinking water system and associated plumbing certified by ANSI accredited third-party certification body or a local equivalent
